We involve your key staff members to ensure the needs of all departments are met while maintaining a cohesive system solution. The installation process, which has been carefully coordinated and scheduled during the implementation and design review, is performed at your facility with great care and the understanding that your business depends on the ability to communicate. Training One of the most important steps of the implementation and installation process is staff and administrative training. Training sessions are scheduled during the implementation and design review meeting to meet the needs of your staff and ensure a successful transition. The training sessions are live, hands on sessions with documentation provided to all staff members. Ongoing Service and Post installation support is the key to maximizing your investment. We take pride in our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to service requests. Most requests for service are accomplished via remote programming and typically are completed the same day as requested. On site services are also offered.
